1) Decide first on what package will you avail upon registration. Choose among the 3 options listed below:

> 20 Fliers
> Entitles you to become Human Nature Dealer with 25% starting discount
** ₱1,999 Hybrid Sample Pack (worth ₱2,678.50 at SRP), includes: **
> 11 of the bestselling Human Nature products worth ₱1,002.25(at SRP)
> 10 Magalogues
> 10 Fliers
> ₱1,600 worth of products of your choice (at SRP)
> Entitles you to become Human Nature Dealer with 25% starting discount
2) Once it's already clear to you what package to avail, print and completely fill-out the Registration Form that you can find on this link --> http://humanheartnature.com/downloads/Dealer_Registration_Form.pdf
3) For reference, please also print the Member/Dealer Terms that you can find on this link --> http://humanheartnature.com/downloads/Dealer_Terms.pdf
4) Once you're done filling out the registration form, you may now go to any Human Nature branch and submit the form together with a valid ID. Pay the necessary amount based on your chosen package and the branch staff will process your registration.

5) If you don't have time to visit any Human Nature branch, you can register online, click the link then look for Option B
